Inspiring Performers
Stephen has been teaching on the high-school, college and graduate level for 18 years. His students have gone on to pursue professional careers as actors, writers, and directors. Several of his students have written productions that have been published, performed professionally, and won awards at festivals in Pensacola, FL, Washington D.C., Sydney Australia, and London, England.
Stephen has directed over sixty productions, written six Christian musicals and four plays, and acted professionally in television, film and on the stage.
He holds a B.A. and an M.A. in performance and an M.F.A. in dramatics.
Stephen's heart's desire is to please the Lord and point others to Christ with dramatic art.
One-on-one class fees are $20 per half hour lesson due at the beginning of each month.

For group classes the fee for the entire course is due before the first class period.
For private lessons fees for the each month are due before the first lesson of the month.
More classes and seminars may be added through the year as our schedule permits.

Taught by Stephen and Alisha Burke
Students will build confidence and communication skills and grow as performers while they prepare to perform this original musical based on the true story of George Mueller.
Performance Date: Saturday November 23
Fee: $200
Alisha loves sharing her gifts with children and inspiring the next generation. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in performance, and is an Angel Award-winning actress who has performed on major stages around the country.
Some of her notable roles are Corrie ten Boom (The Hiding Place), Amy Carmichael (Bands of Orion) Elisabeth Elliot (A Consuming Fire) Emily Webb (Our Town) Gianetta (The Elixir of Love) and Mad Margaret (Ruddigore).

Students will learn performance skills as they rehearse and perform scenes from various plays. The class culminates in a performance showcasing their work!
